The Superhero Center for Autism is a judgment-free community center open to all children with special needs and their families at no cost.
The Superhero Center for Autism, founded in 2015, is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers support, education, and resources for individuals with autism and other special needs and their families. The community center, located 4205 Galleria, Loves Park, is a judgment-free place where kids can be safe, be empowered, be supported, and be themselves.
Registration is required, but there is no cost. Documentation of a special need that can benefit from the sensory gym is not required to participate (IEP, IFSP, 504 plan, doctor’s note, current therapist note), but may be requested in some situations.
We’re thrilled to introduce Among Friends, a brand-new teen sibling group at the Superhero Center for Autism!
This group is designed specifically for siblings of individuals with autism and special needs to come together, have fun, and create lasting friendships—all free of charge, thanks to a generous grant we received!
