Ready to party like a superhero?

It’s a party fit for a superhero! The Superhero Center for Autism is happy to have you host your child’s birthday party at our facility. We know they will have a wonderful time with all of their friends and family playing on the equipment, exploring various sensory rich environments, and making memories.

Birthday parties are $100 and will include:

3 hours facility rental (2 hour party limit plus 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean up)
3 hours scheduled volunteer
- Incentive: if you register to become a volunteer and volunteer 4 times in a calendar year, you can be the volunteer for your superhero’s party and will receive a $25 discount on your party
Limit of 16 children
Use of birthday party room and kitchenette

Guest responsibilities:

All regular open gym rules apply to the party guests
Parent/Adult of birthday superhero required to stay and supervise all party guests
Parent/Adult of birthday superhero accepts full responsibility for their superhero and guests
Parents of other children are encouraged to stay
Payment made online via website “Donate” button and due at time of party
Ensure all food and drinks stay in the kitchen and/or party room only

Note: Superhero Center birthday parties are available to schedule on Sundays between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Due to programming, open gym hours, and volunteer availability we are only able to accommodate one birthday party each weekend. Please see dates that are no longer available to the right.

The Superhero Center birthday parties are available Sundays (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) for no more than 3 hours. Please list your date and time preferences. We will try to accommodate your first option but may be unable to depending on previous commitments and volunteer staffing.

Birthday party price: $100.00 due when final date is reserved. Checks should be made out to The Superhero Center for Autism.

A volunteer will be present for the birthday parties to answer any questions and have parents sign a waiver prior to their child playing.

Agreements

I understand I am responsible for any damages at The Superhero Center.*

I understand that a cleaning fee of $50 may be applied if I do not clean up after my guests. This fee will be assessed during check out with the volunteer at the end of the party. A credit card will need to be on file prior to the party starting.*

I agree to be mindful of sensory and dietary needs of future center visitors.*

I understand reservation of a birthday party does not guarantee volunteer availability.*

All food and beverages must stay in the kitchen and party room.*

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release The Superhero Center for Autism, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any injury, harm, damage or death which may occur to any of the party guests including myself and my child(ren) while participating and agree to save and hold harmless The Superhero Center for Autism, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims arising out of any guest’s participation.*
